Cross Country Practice


 Every time we started the practice it for like the same thing. 
In the beginning I did not want to sprint but to stay ahead. I was thinking So I jogged jogging fast wears you out fast so you need to slow down. I was good at catching up fast in little gaps. Next time I could of ran a bit faster in the main bits of the practice.  




I thought  I did good but could of done better. By the end of the race my legs were so tired good thing it was lunch.
